Shree Vybavam

Our largest convention hall, offering over 20,000 square feet of versatile event space. Ideal for grand celebrations and large gatherings. “Shree Vybavam” is the Main Hall in the Project and is of area more than 20,000 Square foot having two separate big open Halls in which one hall will be used for wedding purpose and the second one will be used for Dining Purpose. These two Halls can be jointly used together during Exhibitions and Events. The seating capacities in this hall will be 800-1000 pax (Classroom style) and Separate Dining Hall of similar size is available for fine dine option. This Hall can serve as wedding Venue for 500 – 5000 pax. Separate Pre-Banquet Hall of area 4000 sft is also available. This Hall will have audio Visual conferencing equipment, video projection etc. and skilled manpower at various levels. Fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen is attached.

Shree Utsav

A versatile hall with over 10,000 square feet of space, perfect for medium-sized events and celebrations. “Shree Utsav” is another Hall in the Project and is of area more than 10,000 Square foot. The seating capacities in this hall will be 300 - 600 pax (Classroom style) and Separate Dining Hall of similar size is available for fine dine option. This Hall can serve for Engagements/ Birthday Parties/Small gathering weddings for 450 – 1000 pax. Separate Green Lawn space will be available for Dining purpose. This Hall will also have audio Visual conferencing equipment, video projection etc. and skilled manpower at various levels.

Shree Elite

Our intimate hall, offering 2,000 square feet of space, suitable for smaller events and private gatherings. “Shree Elite” is small Hall in the Project and is of area more than 2000 Square foot. It can also be used as a breakout area for small meetings, a VIP Dining area or an additional dining space when using the Vybavam or Utsav Halls. This Hall can serve for Board Meetings/Workshops/seminars/ Birthday Parties/ Engagements Venue for 100 – 250 pax. Separate Court yard will also be available for Dining purpose. This Hall will also have audio Visual conferencing equipment, video projection etc.

Central Greens

An expansive outdoor space with over 18,000 square feet, ideal for large outdoor events and open-air celebrations. “Central Greens” is the Outdoor space in the Project and is of area more than 18,000 Square foot. This area will be with green Lawns with Designer landscaping elements and will create natural splendor all around. This space can be completely customized and can serve for every type of Gatherings like Gala Dinners/Evening Birthday Parties/ Sangeeth Receptions/Live Concerts etc.

Central Courtyard

A partially covered, air-conditioned central space, perfect for versatile events and gatherings. “Central Courtyard” is the air conditioned partially covered central space in the Project and is of area more than 1800 Square foot. This space can be completely customized and can serve for every type of events like Mehandi, Vodugu, Pellikoduku & Pellikuthuru functions, High Tea gatherings etc.

Elite Stays

Our accommodation facility with 16 well-equipped rooms, providing comfortable lodging for guests and organizers. “Elite Stays” will be used as Residential accommodation for Guests.16 well equipped Rooms with Lavish furniture will be available for Guests with proper housekeeping services to serve Food and beverages. 10 Twin Suits, 4 Triple Suits & 6 Family suites.
